Cucumber Tomato Open Bagel

I love some fresh veggies on a bagel in the morning! There's so many ways you can make a simple bagel into something delicious in less than 10 minutes! Here is one of my favorites!


My favorite bagels are by Dave's Killer Bread, the everything is my go to! They are organic and packed with a bunch of good for you grains and fiber.


Good vegan cream cheeze is hard to come by, a lot of brands are mostly coconut oil and potato starch based. The brand Myiokos is made with whole ingredients and it's organic! They also make a wide variety of cheeze blends.


Sprouts are something new and trendy many people are starting to experience with! They are all packed with different vitamins and nutrients depending on what kind of sprout it is. Some of my favorites are broccoli, alfalfa and clover.


Ingredients

1 everything bagel

Vegan cream cheeze

Cucumber

Tomato

Sprouts

Vegan ranch

Fresh onion chieves

Salt & pepper


Directions

  1. Start by toasting your bagel. Then start chopping the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.

  2. In this order add cream cheeze, sprouts, cucumber, tomato and chieves. Drizzle with vegan ranch and season to taste.

  3. Enjoy!
